Tailored MiFID II & scoring
Sections, weights, risk profiles, validity, signature: the suitability questionnaire fits your method.
AML on official sources
Screening on official lists (DG Trésor asset freezes, EU / UN / OFAC sanctions), vigilance levels and rules aligned with regulator doctrine — configurable.
No-code automations
“If… then…”: your team creates rules that monitor and trigger tasks, without touching code.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a client's MIF2 profile be reassessed?
A suitability profile's default validity is twelve months, fully configurable per firm. As the deadline nears, a review task is scheduled automatically. You can delegate the reassessment to the client via the portal, with automatic reminders, then approve or reject the result (reason required on rejection).
How do I screen a client against PEP and sanctions lists, and automate re-screening?
Screening relies on official sources: the national asset-freeze register and ~200 international lists (EU, UN, OFAC, UK…). Thresholds and rules are configurable. An automatic daily re-screen re-checks your ongoing clients, with cross-source deduplication and a hit-review workflow.
What if a client's ID document has expired or needs renewal?
Each document's expiry is computed and tracked. A renewal task is auto-created before the deadline, and periodic reviews trigger by due-diligence tier (enhanced 6 months, standard 12, simplified 36, all configurable). Online identity verification restarts via QR code in minutes.
