Frequently asked questions
Is the client's wealth consolidated and updated in real time?
Yes. The client file aggregates thirteen asset classes (real estate, life insurance, equity savings plans, retirement plans, securities accounts, REITs, private equity, crypto, etc.) with detailed positions and lots. Gross and net wealth recalculate on every change. You import positions via PDF statement, bank sync or crypto wallets.
Is everything truly centralized on a single client file?
Yes. One file gathers Overview, Identity & Household, Finances, Wealth, Goals & Risk, Regulatory, Documents, and Notes & calendar. Each tab is reachable via a deep link from a notification or email. The overview surfaces priority actions, compliance alerts and a Lucy-generated file summary.
How does the client file capture each client's real personal situation?
The Identity & Household tab captures civil status, tax household, profession, international tax status (FATCA/CRS) and any legal protection measures. Finances record income, expenses and loans. Goals & Risk hold the MIF2 profile and its history. You can import this data from a tax notice or statement.
